History

The thing I remember most growing up in an Italian family is the time we spent together. What we did most was eat, because my Papa loved to cook. He would spend a lot of time preparing the traditional Italian dishes and wine. We would sit for a long time eating, drinking and talking. We were a very closed family. It was such a happy times and our Papa would always have a new surprise. It was an Italian tradition to acknowledge Papas creations with Bravo Papa! My Papa always told us that good food and wine brings people closer together as friends and family.

As a tribute to all the Papa's dishes, and have combined them with some new have taken much time to select these dishes, and hope that our friends will enjoy them. So when you take your first taste of the food and wine, remember:
